Full basement remodel we just completed, right down to the studs.

This was a big project, the customer wanted a bathroom in the basement where one never existed, a bedroom with a large tilt and turn egress window, a family room with built in cabinets for storage and an update to their laundry room!

We also handled the drawings, permits and inspections!

2 piece bathroom update we completed in May.

New vanity/sink, toilet and tiles!

We also removed their old radiators that weren't functional

TV accent wall with black acoustic wood slat paneling, simple but stunning!

This may be the smallest 3 peice we have seen however we made it work!

This bathroom was over 50 years old, we replaced all of the plumbing and electrical as well

Earlier this year, we completed a 16' x 16' 2nd level deck with a window to french door conversion along with stairs!

Customer is thrilled to have space to entertain this summer and enjoy their morning coffees!

Master ensuite fully renovated, plus added main floor laundry!
