You came, you chatted and many of you left with a Button It! treasure or two!

Thanks to all who dropped by Button It’s tent at Robin in the Hood Renaissance festival this weekend.

It was a wonderful two-day event spilling with whimsical characters, the most amazing costumes and Ren Faire fans simply living their best lives!

Don’t forget to send me pics of how you styled what you bought. It’s always so much fun to see where my art ends up.

Huzzah everyone. See you next year!

Sweet little frames are always a fun challenge, simply because less is more rather than the other way around!

Small spaces challenge an artist to boil down an idea, keep it simplistic but stylish.

And that’s this little rose cream frame is all about. It measures 5 x 5 inches.

Loved assembling the rich golds, greens, reds and blacks in this medieval-style floral artwork.

Its base is a piece of cabinetry hardware and multiple necklaces, brooches and buttons were used in the process.

In two weekends from now, Button It! will have a booth at the Robin in the Hood two-day Renaissance event in Elmira.

This year’s theme is Vikings and I can’t wait to dress the part!

That’s also where this piece, measuring 13.5 x 11 inches deep, is headed!
