Sap is flowing and equipment working well, fingers crossed that it continues. It has been an up & down week so far. We will be re- opening this Thursday March 5th and open most Thurs., Fri. & Sat. 10-4

Yupper, that is what it’s starting to do!!! Finally…. Now to get all of the kinks out. We will be opening Thursday March 5th with hours on most Thurs., Fri. & Sat. 10-4. We look forward to seeing you all again.

Mother Nature still runs the show! We are still patiently waiting for some springlike weather….maybe the next few days, fingers crossed.

Yep, that’s steam rolling! In the middle of a snowstorm and it isn’t even February yet. It was a huge run yesterday and last night and we expect a total freeze up for at least two weeks. It’ll be a great time to finish tapping and find all the squirrel leaks

Thank you everyone for a fantastic year! We are now closed until the new season in March. The sugarbush will be calling soon.
