How do you make sure you’re hitting all the right points when shooting a brand gallery?

A solid consult and pre-planned shot list are key, but I always keep a checklist in my back pocket (figuratively speaking… although it wouldn’t hurt to keep an actual list with you if you work better that way 😂) to make sure I’m capturing what matters most:

• Movement shots
• Candid moments
• Close-ups
• Unique angles and lighting

This quick list keeps me grounded, especially when my clients and I start having too much fun behind the camera. 😂

A little structure goes a long way. It not only helps you shoot intentionally, but also ensures your galleries tell a full brand story, not just a collection of pretty photos.
