A second ice pad was created in 2001 by a volunteer group to supply valuable practice ice to Walkerton Minor Hockey and as an economical option to renting ice for third parties. Currently our fundraising efforts are going towards replacing the aging compressor and cooling lines used in the 2nd ice pad.
