I was walking over a bridge near Sydney, NS when this beauty dove in to the water next to me. I grabbed my camera and staked the place out for the next 45 minutes. This is the one picture.

I recently attempted a long exposure the other night, roughly 30 minutes. Can't figure it out, it came out very streaky and it appeared that the long exposure noise reduction never kicked in. Anyone have any thoughts?
