The Ceragem massage involves laying on your back for 40 minutes on a massage table with a set of infra-red heated jade rollers. My experience with Delia's Ceragem was soothing, relaxing, and uplifting. She treated and guided me with a motherly, gentle touch and made sure I knew both what I was in for, and that I was comfortable.
