The Q-Centre saw its largest crowd since the 2019 Mann Cup as fans packed the arena to watch the Victoria Shamrocks take on the New Westminster Salmonbellies. It was a tight contest through two periods, with the Bellies holding a narrow 9–8 lead heading into the third. But the final frame was all New Westminster, as they shut the door defensively and added three unanswered goals to seal a 12–8 victory.
The Shamrocks now hit the road to close out their regular season, facing the Burnaby Lakers on Tuesday before wrapping things up Saturday night against the Coquitlam Adanacs.
