Pairing the candies with your boba makes for the perfect “treat yo’ self” moment!

These freeze dried marshmallows with one of our milk teas was quite possibly life changing (specifically the cocoa milk tea 😉)

If you want to give these candies a try, we have a limited quantity in shop!
freeze is a Vancouver based candy company, besides their candy - they have plans to add freeze dried fruits and vegan-friendly ice cream in the near future.

You might be wondering how freeze dried candy happens!

Freeze dried is a process called sublimation. It’s used to completely remove water, then as soon as the water touches the freezing surface, at -23 Celsius, it becomes ice. The ice then turns from solid to vapour by skipping a liquid phase. The whole cycle could take up to 24 hours to be completed. Chewy candies turns into crunchy and the taste is extensively intensified as they can break into crumbs after each bite and you can taste the flavour in every single crumb before everything melts away.

But the best way to get through your curiousity is to just try them, (and then fall in love 😉)

Introducing …. The Jake!

It’s the first in our new monthly signature drink where every month, one person from our team will get to design and launch a drink of their choosing!

It has always been a pleasure working with Jake, just like his drink - he is so refreshing to be around with his vibrant personality and humour.

“The Jake” is a strawberry green tea lemonade twist. The citrusy of the lemonade is sweetened by the fresh berries that are included - with a hint of fresh mint to round it all together.

Only available in store for a limited time only - you have to try this summer inspired drink!
