SOLEIL CARRILLO
Soleil Carrillo is a Canadian-based producer and DJ who specializes in House music. Since beginning his music career in 2019, Soleil has performed at clubs and events worldwide, including Spain, Canada, the USA, and the Netherlands. He most notably performed at the Amsterdam Dance Event in 2023 and 2024. You can see him most often at Upstairs Nightclub in Victoria, where he secured a residency in 2025. Recognizable artists and publications have supported his original production. His record “Adria” was featured in Mix Mag Brazil. His most recent release, “Same Vibration,” has been endorsed by David Penn and Paco Osuna, respected DJs in the house scene. Soleil has even been a part of a project nominated for Grammy consideration! His groovy curation will entrance you, so don’t miss the chance to see him play.

PHULLA
Phulla is a DJ/Producer from Nottingham, England.
As a member of the Midnight Project Collective here in Victoria, he is known for his high energy selection spanning the 130-180 BPM range. His sound was cultivated in his years DJing across the UK and the west coast of Canada.
On Friday he will be showcasing some of his own productions as well as plenty of unreleased gems and classics. Expect UK Garage, Jungle, and DnB.

AVRA is an up-and-coming DJ from Vancouver island, known for bringing raw energy and emotion to every set. She blends a wide range of sounds and BPMs, moving through deep dub, violently addicted to wubs and drum and bass. A story told through heavy drops, deep grooves, and unexpected turns.

Get ready to ride, dance, and light up the night at the **Langford Bike Rave**—a completely free community event for all ages!

We’ll cruise through Langford on a fun and scenic route with stops along the way to rest, hang out, dance, and take in the views. A rolling soundtrack will be provided by four DJs spinning everything from disco and house to garage, UKG, dubstep, and drum & bass.

Bring your bike, scooter, skateboard, or anything with wheels (electric or human-powered). Kids and families are welcome! Deck out your ride with lights and LEDs—the brighter the better once the sun goes down!
