PRESCHOOL GRADUATION..it was a pleasure to cater a graduation ceremony at a daycare today. The kids were very excited to get their diplomas and the parents were so proud of them when they sang a song altogether after the ceremony. Everybody enjoyed the small buffet we set-up with some treats for all ages.

Dalgona coffee..Better than coffee shop specialty coffees. Instant coffee, sugar, water..lots of whipping.. voila. Enjoy! We did..not our dog though :)) I made regular, mocha and iced versions.

Immune and mood boosting 😃 .. couple years ago we got plenty of goji berries from our two plants and made a liquor which I totally forgot about. While self isolating and bored, finding it feels like.. GREAT!! 😀

Last minute Valentines treats for my family..easy, tastes great and looks good. Just melt Lindt thin chocolate, pour it onto parchment paper and sprinkle with nuts and berries. I used pistachio and goji berries I froze from our yard last summer. Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️
