Awakenings Beyond Initial Whole Being Realization

The "Awakenings Beyond Initial Whole Being Realization Course" offered from September 2023 to May 2024 is being released on August 27th as a free Advanced Self Study Course.

Tuesday Aug. 27 from 4 to 5:30 pm Pacific Time we are offering a free Zoom call for anyone who would like to meet the teachers, hear an overview of the course, and ask questions.

Everyone is welcome to join the Zoom call, however individuals can also just enroll directly in the Course on August 27th or later. Anyone new is free to enjoy the course confidentially without engagement with Trillium Awakening and they can choose to look into Trillium if they become interested.

This course may be of great interest to anyone on any spiritual path who is finding their evolution moving them toward increasing embodiment and mutual interconnectedness.

Dear Trillium Awakening Community Members,

I’m writing to provide you with the background story to the 10 week ‘Awakenings Beyond Initial Whole Being Realization Course’.

This story begins with the unexpected emergence of the “Whole Being Evolution Map” that has taken form through my personal awakening process and teaching experience.

When I came into our whole being realization work in September 2003, I had already been teaching meditation for 30 years. And throughout my adult life I had intensively explored multiple approaches to personal development and spiritual awakening. Based on the partial progress I had made in comparison to where I thought I needed to get to, I came to logically realize I would not reach my spiritual goals in this lifetime. I stopped looking for additional approaches because I came to believe I would not find something better than what I had already tried.

When I heard about our Whole Being Realization work from a friend, I felt a need to check it out because it did sound different than anything I’d previously come across. I didn’t believe it would accomplish what I wanted, but I could not ignore it.

In accord with my nature, I fully jumped in to see what this work could do. To my surprise it did offer something distinctly new – and it worked! I had my whole being realization in May 2005, and then over time I found myself becoming a mentor in 2006, interning teacher in 2007, full teacher in 2008 and whole being realization clarifier in 2019. These roles kept my attention focused on supporting the whole being realization of others and using the principles and approaches of this work on myself.

I did not need to look to other paths again. I experienced continued unfoldment and intensification of my whole being nature through my teaching roles, through intently participating in the teaching offerings and resources in this path, and through applying all that I learned and taught in this work to myself.

Then many years ago, I found my personal realizations were discriminating details that I had not heard talked about in this work or learned about in the teachings of other paths I’d followed.

As a long term educator for adults, it was my nature to use my new personal realizations, experiences, and feelings, to clarify and distill understandings I could pass on to my evolving students. From my experience working with numerous individual students in weekly sessions for many years, offering many workshops and intensive long retreats, and having ongoing shifts of advancing realization, I began creating charts to reflect the incremental steps and stages that I experienced. My intention was to create teaching charts to contribute to the evolution of students in our work, yet an unexpected gift was to find these charts were also activating and clarifying my own continued evolution.

Through a period of 6 years from early 2017 and continuing, a compelling evolutionary current has been continuously moving through me for clarifying and creating what has surprisingly (to me) become a comprehensive Map of Whole Being Evolution from Source to Source. The Map details 12 Stages of Whole Being Evolution that unfold from Source to Source and include 8 clearly discriminated whole being awakened realizations.

The Map is way beyond a personal creation. I did not plan it; I did not have any idea where it would end up; I just began creating components of it in real time to clarify my experiences as they emerged and as a means to express to others. I’ve had no long term plans or requirements for it to be something more than it is. It has already been a vehicle of my evolution and fulfilment, and of my ability to support my advancing students – that has been more than enough for me. However, I do feel responsible for continuing to respond to prompts from others or from within me to share it in ways that will support the evolutionary unfoldment of others.

During development of the Map, I received invaluable support from my colleagues Ralf Humphries, Van Nguyen, and Francesca Blackstock. I’m so grateful to have had the wise, awakened, interlocutor support of Ralf Humphries throughout the unfoldment of the Map. I’m grateful to have had wonderful conversations in advanced areas of the Map with Van Nguyen in recent years. And I’m grateful to Francesca Blackstock for initiating and co-creating with me the 6 online retreats in recent years that have made a catalytic contribution to my final clarifications of the Map.

During the Fall of 2022, Francesca, Ralf, Van, and I offered a 10 week course to Trillium Awakening teachers in which the Map was used as a vehicle to initiate discussion on what we had all been realizing in our own continuing awakening unfoldment and seeing in our advancing Trillium students. Many teachers who participated in the sessions told us how useful and enlivening it was to explore their own post-realization awakenings in the group; and how it impacted and deepened their process. A few of the teachers said the course was transformational for them.

Now Francesca, Ralf, Van, and I would like to offer this 10 week course to all members of the Trillium Awakening community. We are calling it

It will run from September 19 to November 27, 2023, and is free of charge.

As we did for the teachers’ course, each session will include a presentation, questions, and discussion. The main presentation in each session will be offered from the perspective of a poetic verse of the Whole Being Evolution Map in which participants may find their own resonance or activation. We invite participants to share their personal resonant experiences and insights from pre– and post– whole being realization or from new realizations that arise during the sessions. And we’ll discuss how experiences may relate to the eight awakened stages of whole being evolution.
