I know I haven't been active on here for awhile (thanks to FB reminding me) but I just wanted to let folks know that my beautiful, homegrown Greeting cards are still available, and I am still prowling the streets in my powered wheelchair haha.... feel free to stop me and chat if we cross paths on Victoria's streets and sidewalks. Bylaw cracks down on local artist VICTORIA – Disabled artist Alan Clemens has been told he can no longer sell his photos downtown. CTV's Robert Buffam reports.
