After my shower, we went for a walk at 11:30 pm to Admirals Rd. and back. On the way back I heard a voice coming from the townhouses say, " I see you have us beat." Referring to the long standing issue of battles we once had with the areas people and spirits. Then the next town house, there was a strange otherworldly laugh coming from it. The townhouses were dark, the people asleep. I asked Vanessa when we got home if she heard all these spirits and the laughter too and she said, "Yes"

It always happens when you least expect it but it's real nice that my partner shares in the psychic medium abilities to the point of confirmation that I wasn't hearing things out from my mind. Spirits do exist.

At 3:00 AM we were visited by the ghost of Sir John the Perilous!👻

~GHOST RIDERS PARANORMAL~It's almost that time of year again!
I have a lot of knowledge and experience about hauntings, ghosts and spirits. As well as Near Death Experiences ( NDE's ) and I was also a Hospice Volunteer with the Jubilee Hospital giving comfort to the dying.
So basically there is about 4 kinds of hauntings you can experience in a haunted house.
1. Ghostly imprints~ is where an energy pattern is left where a traumatic event took place like falling down the stairs to your death, su***de, or murder. An imprint can be left over and continue at the same time every night , week, year.

2. Ghosts~is when a soul is attached to a house or place where they feel connected to and prefers to stay there for as long as they are stuck on that plane. They can communicate with the living and be aware of what's happening around them.

3. Spirits~ A spirit is someone who comes down from the other side and visits loved ones, like a grandmother who passes and visits a home to see a living grandchild and it's mother or even they say in your dreams.

4. Poltergeists ~ means "noisy ghosts" in German. Usually move cupboard doors, things on the counter, knock over glasses and break them on the floor, slide chairs, open and close doors. I've seen videos of people leaving their homes on security cameras as pillows dart at them and flat screen T.V.s fall to the floor.
RENO-HAUNTINGS~ People who buy an old house and decide to so some upgrades or renovations to it can disturb the deceased occupant or occupants. This can cause sightings, hearing footsteps, or poltergeist activity where the ghost is clearly not happy with the goings on in the old house. They may prefer to not have anyone touch or move things around like painting , knocking out a wall to open a room, replacing doors or windows. Maybe replacing carpets too. You can speak to the spirits or ghosts and tell them you mean no harm because they can hear what you say. Sage smudging can be helpful or even disturb them more. It depends on a case to case issue.
Helpful hint. You could take random cell phone photos and catch a glimpse of something as Cell phones are a great way to catch orbs, shadows, spirits etc. or even video too is good as there are whole Youtube Paranormal programs with many spooky video compilations made with cell phones as everybody has one now.

So 2 days ago Vanessa my partner was making dinner and I was outside on the patio waiting, when all of a sudden I heard the blender in the kitchen come one. I thought what are you using the blender for with spaghetti and meat sauce? After dinner she told me that the blender came on by itself while making dinner. I think it is the same spirit screwing with our Ghostbuster Neon signs.

Thought we'd stop by, listen for spooks and do a drive by at 4:30 AM then head home. We heard a spirit last time we were here yelling at us for hanging around while sitting in the car.
