We have snow in our Victoria workshop, Pandoro with icing sugar to celebrate our last day of work for 2025. Another big day in Panettone land. Order yours before they fly the coop…

To our upper Island fans, my son Remie and my partner Shasta will open the storefront from 11-2 saturday (Dec 13th) if you missed our ’ Italian Bakery Pop up at 2703 Dunsmuir in Cumberland last week. Locally grown edible chestnuts are available for your home roasting purposes and there will be sweet stocking stuffers, Craft Panettone and other specialties. Big bread weekend. Migliorando sempre. Panettone passed through generations, currently with me (www.italianbakeryvictoria.com) manifesting it in a timeless manner. Organic flour,real free range eggs, butter and a natural levener that preserves the flavours like fine wine.
