We are a group of ocean enthusiasts with education and experience in marine exploration and conservation, international business, technology, and events…both live and online. The Fish Eye Project is ready to shine a light on your project and bring you new audiences from around the world. Contact us to find out how. Officially founded in 2013 by Mike Irvine and Maeva Gauthier, with the support of Michele Tomasino, David Monk, and Rick Searle as board members. Our main active volunteers include people above in addition to: Valerie Mucciarelli (educator), Liza Rogers (consultant)), Jesse Oshanek (media relations), Natasha Ewing (advisor), and David Crawford (support diver/cameraman). We are always looking for more volunteers! The Need:
Ocean organizations and institutions around the world are collecting vital information on the world’s ocean, but conveying ocean topics to students locally and globally in fun and interactive ways is challenging. The Opportunity:
The Fish Eye Project has developed a unique and engaging way to help solve this gap in communication. Through the use of innovative technologies, viewers from around the world can tune in through any computer or handheld device with an Internet connection to watch as divers take them on an underwater safari:
