January 4th marks National Ribbon Skirt Day!👗

Today we hold up our sisters, aunties, mothers, and any Indigenous womxn who wear their ribbon skirts with pride, giving significance to the symbol of resilience, survival and identity.

A big thank you to the wonderful Madelaine McCallum for modeling her beautiful ribbon skirt in our post 💖👗.

We're grateful to continue holding space at the Victoria Native Friendship Centre for a program our good friend and Executive Director of the VNFC, Ron Rice - Wush’q, speaks positively about.
