Inquire2Empower.ca Asking questions requires risk taking.

As parents and as educators, we empower ourselves, our colleagues and our children by encouraging the pondering and conversation about questions. During National Volunteer Week, we gathered to acknowledge the outstanding contributions of our amazing volunteer tutors. On April 30th, ONE TO ONE hosted our annual Volunteer Appreciation Tea. It was a stunning day with sunshine and spring blooms at our new host venue, VanDusen Botanical Garden. The room was filled with the warm company of our kind and committed volunteers, whom we gathered together to recognize their incredible service to our children's literacy programs. This event also allowed us to celebrate our long-term service and Volunteer of the Year award recipients. Please head on over to our blog to read more.
