Steers are raised on 68,000 acres and have access to an 11km lake & several rivers. We use the Pasture-to-Plate concept. As a result, we are able to provide healthy beef at an affordable price. We have a local commercial certified butcher (Country Locker) to process the meat. Once complete, we transport the frozen meat to its destination. Meat is available near the end of October.
