We believe that part of nourishing your body is enjoying natural movement and the beautiful outdoors. To allow you to move naturally and play in nature we also carry sustainable Icebreaker merino wool apparel and barefoot shoes from brands such as Vibram fivefinger, Vivo barefoot, Luna Sandals and earthing sandals by Earth Runners. Everything we have selected in store are items we've sourced because we love the philosophies, quality and performance of these companies. On top of all these amazing products, we also guarantee the best price in town, everyday! We want to make it convenient for you, so if one of our local stores is running a sale we are more than happy to price match! Did you know we also host educational talks and workshops? We have a space above the store where we host talks every month from Naturopaths, Herbalists, Nutritionist and other outstanding experts. Looking for a simple, non toxic play dough recipe that you can actually feel good about your kids playing with? 🙋♀️💛
We tested about half a dozen versions before finally landing on this one, because apparently we take play dough very seriously around here 😂
Our requirements were pretty simple. The ingredients had to be edible because, let’s face it, someone is going to taste it. It had to be easy to make because if it ain’t easy, it ain’t happening. And everything had to be ingredients we could easily find.
This recipe checked all the boxes 🙌
The kids love helping make it almost as much as they love playing with it, and somehow it usually buys us at least 10 minutes of quiet… which may actually be the biggest wellness benefit of all 😂
Our favourite part is seeing what they come up with. Fire trucks, sushi, animals and things we’re still not entirely sure what they are 😆 Their imaginations are endless.
