Our last cake was made yesterday! We are officially taking a sabbatical year. New projects in mind and ongoing commitments are priority right now! We will still continue to bake as a hobby, and who knows? you might try our baked goods sometime soon!

A supernatural cake !!! Cake flavour sponge cake and dulce de leche

Such a beautiful venue I saw today!!! Dreamy flowers by . And the delicate piping of this cake compliments the delicate decorations, the bride, the couples beauty, etc. 💍 I just absolutelly love wedding!!! Top tier is lemon -coconut cake and bottom tier is the freshest of sponges and fresh fruit cake filling. It was all baked and decorated today to ensure the filling is extremely fresh!

A cake is truly custom made when is original, made at the couple’s request but still having creative license to just bake yourself some piece of art. The bride sent me few inspirational pictures and I made sure to deliver something beautiful, tasteful and that will be remembered. I like how this cake tells the couple’s story. Their journey was memorable up to say they said “I do”. Wedding at the Oswego Hotel.

We will be at the Oaklands Sunset Market selling delicious Peruvian alfajores. They are sandwich cookies filled with dulce de leche. Our amiga Claudia from El Hornito will make Mexican treats.

Such a grant cake!!! White chocolate - vanilla cake . Rich in egg yolks this cake is moist! It’s filled with some fruit and sealed with a bit of ganache, covered in Swiss merengue buttercream. A tall cake makes a great entrance. Traditionally bakery cakes are not tall and sometimes they just have the grocery store appeal. Buying from a pastry chef is another level. Sure! Sometimes a box isn’t tall enough… and that’s why we offer delivery.

Churros dipped in chocolate. It comes with a little cup full of dulce de leche for you to continue dipping and dipping all through the last bite.
