Options Custom Design

(FYI/disclaimer: I’m all about personal connections, through referrals and word of mouth, so thus far I haven’t registered as an official “business” yet… that can change depending on my online responses.)

I’ve been busy updating my growing collection of custom home designs, from tiny to large, and now it’s time to re-introduce you to my online space: Options Custom Designs.

Formerly “Vancouver Island Mini Build”, I’ve expanded from the “mini” category and now offer a selection of sample home designs, as well as renovation and/or addition design services, and custom designing “from scratch”.

My service is to help you through the planning and design stage preceding your project build. My goal is to provide your general contractor with detailed drawings and plans accurately representing your desired final design, so that you will have a successful build, and the finished project will be what you always wanted.
