Check out this stunning 2-storey, 3000 sq. ft. home that beautifully blends contemporary and classic design elements. Featuring a mix of sleek flat roofs and steeply pitched accents, it’s a true standout! The smooth acrylic stucco pairs perfectly with horizontal Hardi siding, creating a striking visual contrast.

To enhance energy efficiency, we’ve designed the upper floor to avoid encroaching onto the garage, ensuring optimal insulation and more efficient air distribution. Don’t miss the dramatic waterfall feature on the porch roof—such a unique touch! To maximize views sometimes you need to think outside the box. A perfect example here, by angling the living areas we captured the million dollar view! This lot was not aligned to face the downtown view we took the time to get it right for our clients.
