Daily we go over the hazards Infront of us, we make sure work scope and safety procedures are understood. Everyone within our crew no matter the experience, will understand what we’re building, how we’re building and how to build it safely.

Rotting stair stringers created a dangerous situation for these two tenants. As a main access point into their units, this had to be done swift, accurate, aswell in a budget friendly manner.

We found a sweet spot within the two occupants where we would have minimal inconvenience and banged out the repair in record time.
