Making the decision to advertise my business on a 45 foot billboard on the Patricia Bay Highway (Saanich Peninsula) was the easy part. Newer to the Greater Victoria community, I can't think of a better way to put myself and my business out there. The hard part was figuring out a way to stand out from the crowd and in a way that reflects who I am and how I approach the business of real estate. My eureka moment came when a past client referred to me as "built different." Not sure if they meant that kindly or not but I decided at that moment to lean into it! Thx to for the video.

When I got into this business back in 2008 I had a clear goal of one day owning my own brokerage, either by acquiring a franchise or starting one from scratch.

By year six I had realized that goal with the launch of VPG Realty, a North Vancouver based company, an endeavour that lasted just over seven years before the company merged with another brand.

Now in my 17th year and with the responsibilities of running a brokerage well behind me, I’m proud to announce that I have joined Engel & Volkers, a brand that I have admired from afar for quite some time and a partner in my ambition to ”level up”.

Working out of their Oak Bay shop in Victoria, my focus and expertise is primarily on the marketing and sales of homes in the Greater Victoria area.
