In our strength-focused [Weights] class types, we increase resistance using dumbbells from 2 lbs to 20 lbs to help support muscle mass, which is essential for maintaining bone density and reducing age-related strength loss. These classes use functional, full-body movement patterns to help you build strength that’s practical, progressive, and supportive of everyday movement.

Mobility is one of the key foundations of healthy movement and longevity. That’s why our classes incorporate controlled, full-range movements that help improve mobility in the hips, spine, and shoulders while building strength to support those movements. Through deep hip work, rotational exercises, and intentional movement patterns, we help restore and maintain the mobility your body needs to move well. The result? Better movement patterns, greater freedom of motion, and more confidence in everyday activities… from reaching overhead to getting up off the floor.

In our classes, you’ll often find yourself standing on one leg, moving through dynamic weight shifts, and practicing controlled “catch yourself” moments. These exercises help train the body’s natural ability to recover from a loss of balance before a fall happens.
