IBEW Local 230 has been representing Electrical workers on Vancouver Island since 1902.
The line crew decided it was time for the large power company to share some of its wealth with their workers. Not long after the workers who operated the electric street cars around the city also organized into the local. On June 13th & 14th members across the country will step forward together in support of mental health. Every kilometer walked will contribute to our shared goal: walking the distance across Canada as one united Union.
