If you have used up your extended medical coverage for the year but still needing some support, visiting Sarah is a great option. Sarah weaves in her compassion and skills to provide well-rounded and person centered care. As she is currently waiting on her BC registration, she is providing wellness massage at a discounted rate! BC has officially entered Step 3 of the COVID-19 Restart Plan!!! 🥳🎉 So, what does this mean for us at Cardinal Point Health Centre?

We are going to be keeping up with our super high cleaning standards, hand washing guidelines, and social distancing requirements in the clinic to ensure that everyone feels safe and comfy! There will still be COVID screenings for staff and clients, and we continue to request masks be worn while you are in the clinic as many of our clients are not fully vaccinated at this time. If you forget your mask, we will still be providing them at the front door!

And, most excitingly... we are opening up reception again! When you arrive for your appointment, you are welcome (and heck, encouraged!) to come sit and chat with us in the lobby while you wait for your practitioner.

Little secret? I was so terrified of acupuncture at first, I think I spent the entire appointment with a white knuckled grip on the table! Granted, I was at my school's teaching clinic and I'm pretty sure the student was equally scared. 😳

That said, I have no worries about sending newbies to Tessa! She's confident and pays such close attention to her clients that people get to 🙃 pretty quick.
