One of our many SSMUH projects, small scale multi unit housing, this one is 4 townhouses, sometimes they are duplexes with suites, sometime mini apartment complexes... preliminary renders..

Got to go by past project as we are doing more in the same 'hood'.. I did not have a part in the neighbour looming behind :- ) A lot of site planning as well as the design of home to capture water views.

Another by same builder as last post, done a few years earlier, gave me lots of license but did simplify the walkway roof a bit :- )

Another just completing construction, and going on market, oh and if you peak out the window I might be posting about that one sometime soon too !

A few updates, this one is currently for sale and owner eagerly anticipates me doing another for him ! Did it in 2017 but now he wishes to move further up island. I tell you my clients are following me over the 'Hat again !

A home we did subject to a floodplain elevation up north of Duncan  so it’s sort of sits on a mound

Received some nice pics from client on Bowen Island, yes that far away :- ) It has turned out to fit lot well and work well for young family..
