Thank you to all participants, speakers, and attendees of HEADSTRONG Youth Mental Health Summit 2025!
The Summit was a one-day workshop held on February 12 for students in grades 7 and 8 to listen and learn about mental health, stigma, and how they can become advocates in their communities. It featured discussion panels, workshops, activities and speakers who spoke about their mental health journeys.
We look forward to another opportunity to platform youth mental health in next year's summit!
