2 days until our clients move in! One big push to the finish line and we can take a breath. Everybody seems pretty happy how this rancher refresh turned out. And we're proud of our very talented crew 🙂

Windows and doors in. Rough wiring and plumbing done. Insulation and siding starting on Tuesday. It was a good week!

Haven't had time to post much these days but our first project as a company is coming along nicely. This was a bit of a step out for Samantha and I as we've always built only for ourselves in the past.
We've just hit lock up and are finalizing wiring and plumbing. Insulation and drywall are next up.
We also just got a fantastic review from our client. Always great to be appreciated! We feel lucky to be building for such great people.

Gotta say that the construction crew are doing a bang up job. Thanks should go out to Dan Ross and his crew for pulling it all together. The sub trades that he has chosen are the best I have ever seen. Would recommend Elora Homes LTD any time. Steve

First week in the books!

Job 1, day 1 in the books. These clients are completely rebuilding their rancher from the inside out.

Sam and I have been toying with this for some time and now we're going to take the plunge. We've decided to take the company we've built our projects under and become a full fledged construction and development organization. We started today on our first project on behalf of a client and we plan on doing substantial renovations and new builds.

We hope the combination of design, construction and development services will come together nicely under one roof.
