My dad is my greatest fan and my biggest inspiration. Most of my recipes must meet and exceed his approval! I have taken multiple decorating classes and am forever testing my creative edge to find the perfect flavor/texture combinations. When someone hands you lemons...make Lemon Everything Cupcakes! Lemon cake with lemon glaze under the lemon buttercream icing topped with a lemon wedge gum drop to ensure you know it is LEMON EVERYTHING...and yes...it is even better than you can imagine! Go ahead...salivate...I am!
