The Gingerbread Girls

I’ve been having fun getting my decorating skill back on point today!

This week I made gingerbread breakfast cake! A sugar free almond flour yummy goodness!
I baked late last night and warmed up our slices with butter in the frying pan it was so tasty!

I forgot to post the finished product!
I am super happy with how these turned out, I will be making them again!

First cut out cookies of the season!

It is that time of year again! The cookie cutters called to me while I was raking the mountains of leaves out side this morning. So there was nothing for it but to jump back in to baking!
I am still getting used to my embossed rolling pin but it was so fun!

A rare morning in the gingerbread kitchen… I was up early so I got a head start on some baking. I have Mint Crinkles on the counter and Gingerbread dough in the fridge and it’s only 9am! Special thanks to Enya and Loreena McKennitt for the beautiful Christmas albums that are inspiring me today🎶🎄

Experimenting with the cookie press that I haven’t used in almost a year. The first batch of whipped shortbread was a success!
And yes, I am also eating a small stack of chocolate mint crinkles while I work.🎄🤶

There are always smile when there is gingerbread around!

These gingerbread men are waiting to be wrapped make someone's day! What happy little guys!
