But on the final pass of the these sweet ceiling timbers it gave one last puff and smoked its way into the hall of fame. Not sure it’s worth the fix.

Perimeter drains should be checked on older homes routinely. Most were (vitrified) clay tiles butted into one another and these fail constantly. Something to think about before doing considerable work to a home.

What is the most common infill plywood for scaffold planking you’ve seen?
