ALL WELCOME to this Saturday's choice based bootcamp!
THAT’S RIGHT!! CHOICE -BASED BOOTCAMP!
You do not have to do every exercise; we encourage you to make this your own workout!
A "choice-based" bootcamp circuit workout allows individuals to pick and choose exercises from our set-up, tailoring the workout to your fitness level and preferences.
This flexibility makes it ideal for various fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, ensuring participants can challenge themselves appropriately while enjoying the benefits of a bootcamp-style session.
We will take you through a warm up at 8:30am, and can help you choose and design your workout! You can stay until 9:30 am or leave earlier if you need to!
We LOVE celebrating everyone, but photos are optional. Your comfort is important to us ♥

Focusing on body autonomy and building healthy daily habits ultimately leads to a longer, healthier life.
Please no comparison to someone else's body/life, because life and responsibilities are so different for each of us.
Losing the comparison game is such an incredible act of self love. With it comes;
😴 Allowing yourself to rest/skip days when you need to without guilt or shame.
💃 Remembering you are here to ENJOY your life and you don't have to sacrifice your joy and values in the name of “health”.
🎂 Knowing that you never EVER have to earn or burn your food.
💪 Not relying on the numbers on a scale, or seeing physical body changes to know that you're benefitting from moving or making progress.
🏋️♀️ Celebrating your body for what it DOES for you, not for what it looks like…your appearance has ZERO to do with your self-worth.
