1 year ago on this day we thought we were just adding an office assistant to our growing companies. Linda J Leibel has been the rock Kal Containers Ltd. and Monashee Moving Ltd. needed and so much more. Both companies have grown leaps and bounds since your arrival Linda and we would not be thriving as well as we are today if it wasn’t for you! Monashee Moving & Deliveries has been serving the Okanagan since 2014 by helping complete successful moves. We deliver various products such as furniture, appliances, and cabinets around the Okanagan and British Columbia as well as handle residential moves and storage.

We are currently looking for a new employee to join our team. You must be able to provide a quality delivery or household moving service. We are looking for someone with a good work ethic and who can handle some long days.

Job Type: Full Time/Part Time

Start Date: Immediately

Wage: $18-$20/hr

Job Description/Experience

- Delivering furniture/appliances and other items residentially

- Good verbal communication and customer service skills

- Able to work long days and lift up to 100 lbs

- Loading and unloading the truck

- Team oriented & positive attitude

- Experience using dolly’s and safely securing loads

- Physically fit and able to use safe lifting techniques

- Able to adapt to different jobs day by day

- Able to work some Saturdays

- Safely perform in home deliveries without damage

- Ride to and from the yard

Monashee Moving is looking to hire 2 part time employees. Looking for experienced workers, must be physically strong, great work ethic, punctual, and have a valid driver’s license. Starting wage is $16.00 + depending on experience.
