Our GIS division recently wrapped up a research project identifying reed canary grass.

Utilizing drone-based aerial imagery, they tested the efficacy of identifying the grass with a classification model that they developed. After validating results, they presented it in a final report.

May was the official restart of our annual Brand Ambassador program at Cabin!

Employees can submit photos from throughout their work day and complete challenges to be entered into prize draws. It's a great way for everyone to stay connected and engage with coworkers!

It's that time of year again! 🐦

Migratory birds are back from their southern wintering grounds. You may see them on the road, eating seeds or salt.

Honk for the birds! Let's try to save a few of those buggers.

Our crews found unexpectedly deep snow on the Aberdeen Plateau while prepping for LiDAR snow melt surveys! They are currently digging out targets placed last fall, which will be used to co-register point clouds captured weekly once we reach peak SWE (snow water equivalent).
