We all know that getting outside and being active is important for our mental health, but it's hard to make time for it.
Most of us are so busy with work, errands, and taking care of our families that we don't have time for ourselves.
Being active doesn't have to mean having to spend hours at the gym. You can get your daily dose of fresh air and exercise by diving into a little nature.
It's amazing how much good it can do for our bodies and our minds!

Sweating profusely and my lungs felt like they were on fire, I'm just glad that I still made it out. It was a good night for some hill sprints in Whitemud Park, but boy was it hot!
