Saying goodbye to "my" Bugaboos and welcoming the new owners.
It's official now, the papers are signed and the keys are handed over.
The new owners of Bugaboos Bakery Cafe are Carolina, Sole, Frederico and their mom Alicia.
I like to say a big thank you to everyone that was involved in my Bugaboos life for the last 28 years.
After my last posting I was overwhelmed with the heartfelt reactions of so many people.
It is great to know that just doing your job with pleasure, you made such an impact to so many people.
Thanks again and hope to see you on the mountain.

Yes, Bugaboos Bakery Cafe is sold.

After 28 years, 56 seasons, it's time for some younger people, full of energy to take over Bugaboos.
I found three local people that like to continue Bugaboos as it has been for such a long time.

It is hard to say goodbye to my "baby", but I'm happy knowing the new people will do a good job taking care of all my great customers.

In the logo of Bugaboos it says; "The place to meet", I like to add to that, " and make great friends".
Over the years I met so many interesting people, customers, suppliers and employees, without whom it wouldn't have been possible to last that long.

We will continue living on the mountain and probably see you on the slopes or in Bugaboos while having coffee and croissant.
To everyone, thanks for all the fantastic times we had and making it fun to go to work every day.

IT'S SNOWING !!

We had a great opening weekend and many requests to stay open this week as well.
So we decided to open every day from10.00 to 2.30ish.

After a successful soft opening to train my new staff yesterday, they are eager to meet you (and the snow) we were bragging about.
We're open from 10.00 to 3.00 today and next weekend.
When we get more snow and the mountain opens for x country skiing, we'll open 7 days a week.
