Yesterday we did a job for Maddocks construction in Armstrong, they have lifted the Brown Derby Cafe up about 6 feet to put a foundation under it.

A foundation up in the foothills for Okanagan Avalanche Construction

Higher heats does not stop Shane and his team, Crack sealing is actually ideal as the tar dissipates easier. It does take 20 minutes longer before he recommends driving on it. That's a total of only 30 minutes when temperatures are above 26 degrees. He will happily book your crack sealing in the early mornings, or later in the evening to ensure safety for him and his crew.
