Canadian businesses, you can write off 100% of your equipment purchases in the first year again.* If you owe taxes at the end of the year, you can quite literally just buy a skid steer with that money instead, and that counts. What a time to be alive. With a 5 year 5,000 hour warranty that covers parts, labour and travel, 0% financing, AND a $5,000 attachment shopping spree included with purchase, I think you should seriously consider the KIOTI Compact Construction equipment from Timberstar Tractor if the tax man comes knocking on your door.
*Don't take tax advice from your tractor salesman, double check with your accountant. News story in the comments.
