The twins are 55 today!! We had a lovely family celebration yesterday with a delicious lunch, followed by decadent marzipan cake, cinnamon buns and bole by fruit cake by and a rhubarb pie by Egil. Lovely family gathering ❤️❤️

What an honour to be invited to university convocation!! Hard to believe we went from holding her as a new born child to now seeing her walk across the stage to receive her Health Sciences degree!! What a privilege to share in this very special day! Congratulations Alicia!! We are so proud of you!! ❤️❤️

Perfect weather for a hike up the HRT to the tower. Stunning views of Vernon and the lakes. mosquitos 🦟 were out and forgot 🦟 repellent! 😆 we got a few bites!! Hike training has started for our multi day in Patagonia at the end of the year. 🏔️ 💪

First overnight snowshoe to the Vernon Snowmobile cabin. Great fun with a beautiful sunset and laughed a lot while playing taboo. ❄️

Another great adventure in the mountains with fresh snow at the top making it a little more challenging and very slippery!! Mount Beaven 8km return 887 m elevation. This was a steep hike with beautiful vistas.

White Lake Traverse in Blind Bay. A lovely 16km hike under a canopy of trees for most of the hike with beautiful views of Big White Lake and Little White Lake. Took a nice dip post hike and then dinner at Finz in Blind Bay. A wonderful day catching up with friends.
