Lee is originally from England and moved to Ireland at the age of 19. He has extensive fitness and fight training, having spent many years learning many different forms of martial arts such as Muay Thai, Brazilian Ju-jitsu, Wing-Chung. When he was 34 he came to Canada, where he currently lives, enjoying raising his 2 young sons and helping the clients of Embody Fitness and Training get fit and bal

With over 20 yrs experience within the Health Industry, Lee has attained the knowledge and expertise from helping 1000's of clients reach their goals over the yrs. He truly wants to help and share this information with Others so that they too can reach their goals while protecting and "reading" their body properly.

Love is shown through true action, not through meaningless words. The words of God/Cosmos/Love aren't just said, they are meant to be shown through a pure Love from Self to Other, which is One within every moment of what is.
