Extensive shooting and foot work drills have been developed to improve court-vision, shooting in transiton and the use of screens. We also want athletes to experience the enjoyment and sense of accomplishment that comes from the development and pursuit of excellence. As a result, we are commited to providing athletes with the skills and tools to achieve their goals.
