I made a sort of "quiver" to carry my small splitting axe and Bob Dustrude 30" buck saw.

Also made a new mask for the GB; oiled and coated in beeswax to weatherproof it for those rainy days.

Picked up both from before the canoe trip last week and they were a dream to use! I needed a better way to haul them around while looking for deadfall though, so I came up with this... Thing...

The bucksaw portion comes off with snaps if I'd just like to carry the axe, and the quiver-ish portion also fits just the bucksaw if I need.

Two D-rings on the back allow for a strap to be attached and also provide attachment points for affixing it to a pack.

Snaps are pure brass, thread is waxed polyester, leather is 5oz Badalassi Carlo - Pueblo in various colours. @ Vaughan, Ontario

Four layers of 5oz Italian "Pueblo" leather
Two card slots and an ID slot; I made this one to take into the woods to hold my fishing/boating licence, health card, and ID. @ Vaughan, Ontario

My handmade tool belt is basically done! It has modular pouches/holsters, a padded suspension system, solid brass hardware, ballistic Cordura reinforcements, and ergonomic holsters for my usual tools.

The thing probably took me around 60 hours in total and it still needs a bit more work but I'm happy with how it came out. @ Toronto, Ontario

Modular leather tool belt design is coming together! Here's the main tool pouch and the fastenings pouch nearly complete.
The outside holsters, little pouches, divider, etc. can all be easily removed for different loadouts or for repairs.

Custom axe mask and frog for a friend's Husqvarna hatchet. The stock one just slipped off and had no welt to protect the blade from the rivets, this should work better.

7oz vegtan dyed brown, braided waxed poly stitching, brass snaps, and a bit of Cordura inside to protect the blade from catching the backside of the snap. @ Toronto, Ontario
