Dr.Natasha Campbell-McBride was the one who developed GAPS diet and described in detail all its stages in her book 'Gut and Psychology Syndrome'.

We will give you now only the brief

book before starting it.
• Introductory phase: gradual
elimination of some foods;
• Maintenance phase: 1-2 years of
healthy food eating;
• Terminating phase: slowly include
foods that you gave up in step 1 in
small amounts.

fresh meat and vegetables. You should
forget about grains, sugar, alcohol
