🚿 The closet became the shower.
That’s the whole trick of this basement in Madoc, Brampton.
A two-piece powder room, a bedroom closet on the other side of the wall — and 60 inches of usable width nobody was using.
✅ We opened the wall between them and built a 5 ft × 3 ft walk-in shower into the closet cavity.
The powder room came out the other side as a full 3-piece ensuite.
What went in:
✔️ Walk-in shower, 60” × 36”, linear drain, sliding glass door
✔️ Waterproof shower board with sealed seams behind every tile
✔️ Fluted wood-look accent wall — the one thing you notice first
✔️ Two-shelf recessed niche, stainless-trimmed
✔️ Rain head + hand shower on a separate diverter
✔️ Floating vanity with integrated basin, backlit LED mirror
✔️ Popcorn ceiling scraped off the adjoining bedroom, 8 dimmable pot lights
💰 Contract price: $19,900. Fixed.
No exterior wall moved. No square footage added.

Now it’s a curbless shower.
Full bathroom remodel in Etobicoke — built for safety without looking like a hospital.
The old tub is gone. The 36” x 48” closet next to it became a walk-in shower with a linear drain and zero curb to step over.
The details that matter:
— 3 grab bars anchored into wood backing (they hold real weight, not just towels)
— Pocket door + widened doorway
— Floor-to-ceiling porcelain tile, ~210 sq ft
— Epoxy grout — no staining, no resealing
— Panasonic whisper-quiet fan on a timer
— 24-hour flood test before tiling. Always.

A bulkhead was eating a full shelf of storage in this Mississauga kitchen. So we took it out.
Full kitchen renovation in Meadowvale, completed in about a month:
▪️ Full demolition, down to bare walls ▪️ Bulkhead removed — cabinets now run to the true ceiling ▪️ Two-tone cabinetry: white flat-panel uppers, wood-grain lowers, soft-close everything ▪️ Fridge + pantry wall built flush — the french-door fridge reads as a built-in ▪️ Under-cabinet LED strips + pot lights ▪️ 225 sq ft of new floor tile through the kitchen and powder room

Kenneth first hired us for his kitchen near Scarborough Town Centre — two-tone gloss cabinetry, a quartz peninsula with a built-in wine fridge, and a full appliance wall wired to code.
Then he called back for the main bathroom: wood-look slat tile around the tub, warm and quiet.
Then he called again. The second bathroom went the opposite way — black scallop feature tile, a matte black shower tower with body jets, oak-and-black floating vanity.
Three rooms. Three fixed prices. One condo that feels like one hand drew it.
