This past weekend, Freshslice team member Alex took on one of BC’s most challenging hikes—Frosty Mountain in Manning Provincial Park. With a 22 km round trip and a staggering 1,220 m elevation gain, Alex conquered the trail in just 9 hours. That’s not just a hike—that’s a masterclass in grit, endurance, and heart.
Through steep climbs, rocky paths, and breathtaking alpine views, Alex showed us what it means to push past limits and embrace the challenge. It’s a reminder that the mountains we face—whether on trails or in life—are where we grow the most.

What an adventure! Freshslice conquered the Tomyhoi Peak hike in Washington, USA—a challenging ~20 km round-trip trek with about 1,420 meters of elevation gain, all wrapped up in around 10 hours. Every step was tough, but totally worth it for those incredible views!
