Our Story

Having been active and successful in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate market for many years as a REALTOR® and a Past Managing Broker for Luxmore Realty; I am also one of a very small group of Canadian REALTORS® who carry the internationally recognized designation of SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®).

This designation, along with my experience and qualifications in the investment, estate planning, and insurance industries unambiguously qualify me to address the real estate needs of those aged 50+. I approach my clients, their family members and their properties with an acute understanding of the financial and emotional dimensions surrounding a change of address. Simply put, my focus is to help my clients look at the big picture, factoring in their financial situation along with their current and future care needs. My decision to become an SRES® is rooted in a desire to help others. I respect older individuals and have the ability to listen deeply and ask the right questions. I know how to communicate the old-fashioned way and when I visit, it is always with a handshake and a smile.

As a full service real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers, investors and seniors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types.
