Qube was built in 1969 making it one of Vancouver's oldest buildings. However, it was completely renovated in 2005 and turned into a residential building in 2006. Despite it's age, it is one of Vancouver's most modern buildings. Qube is also the most earthquake structures in downtown Vancouver.
